The techniques and strategies you will learn from the Choice Based Anger Control approach could assist you with controlling your anger by recognizing early onset of triggers and knowing how to cope with those triggers ahead of time. According to Merriam-Webster’s dictionary choice is defined as “the act of choosing”, “power of choosing”, and/or “a person or thing chosen.” Even though anger is considered to be a natural emotion, the actions we take when angry could negatively affect our lives and the lives of our love ones depending on the choices we make. It is important for us to realize, the way we view things, people and this world can influence the way we respond to certain situations. Changing our mindset and views of this world to a positive outlook plays a major part in living a less angry life and controlling your anger.
